This is a strong opportunity for a doctor looking to work in a high-foot-traffic city location with a loyal patient base, strong private fee structure, and access to a broad patient demographic including CBD workers, students, travellers, and inner-city residents. The practice has been supporting doctors in Brisbane City for over 30 years and standard appointments are generally 15 minutes, with longer consults available for more complex presentations. The clinic offers strong billing potential for a GP who enjoys quality general practice in a professional, well-run city environment.
